Changi Airport T4 M&E and Building Services Maintenance [ 2017-2028]

With an area of 225, 000m2, Changi Airport Terminal 4 Singapore's latest addition to its aviation landscape. Heralded as the airport of the future, it showcases state of the technologies, environmentally friendly features and captivating artworks. Maser is indeed privileged to be entrusted with the custodianship of Terminal 4, being responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of all mechanical, air-conditioning, electrical, as well as plumbing and sanitary systems.

The M&E systems under Maser's purview include, but is not limited to, 
- Electrical System - Main Switch Board and Distribution Boards, Lighting Control System, Uninterrupted Power Supply System, Generators 
- Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation - chillers, Air Handling Units, Mechanical Ventilation System, Fan Coil & Direct Expansion Units
- Fire Protection System; Fire Alarm System, Gas Flooding System
- Engineered Smoke Control system
- Building Reticulated System - Portable & NEWater System, Irrigation & Rain Water Drainage system
- Security - Vehicle Drop Am, Fire Roller Shutter, Security Doors, Autodoors.
